This edition of the City-State of the Invincible Overlord was entirely
revised and rewritten from the earlier Judges Guild editions. This
edition includes a 32-page Background and Encounter Book with random
monsters, an 80-page Map and Population Book with extensive details
about the city, various small race and class booklets, and various maps.
