Survival of the Fittest (1979)

A deadly solitaire dungeon for 1-4 players. Designed for 1st and 2nd level characters of any class. 

Solo dungeon for Dungeons & Dragons. Has a somewhat unique approach in that you can take a party of up to 4 characters through -- you just have to multiply the number of monsters in a room by the number of characters in your party.
