The two modules in this series are ones that are based on actual R.E. Howard stories set in the Conan milieu. I wish I could say that I played them but I never did. I honestly dismissed them a little bit because playing Conan is sort of like playing Superman in a DC game, Kirk in Star Trek or James Bond. It is not set up so that you could really fail and then comes the factor of deciding who plays the hero and who are the sidekicks. The cover alone was the reason that I bough this. The original Conan movie staring Arnold was a movie that exemplified gaming to me. I am not saying it was a good adaptation of the stories but that is the way gaming worked in our group.
